Abstracts: | This course of lectures provides exemplary close readings of key texts in literary and cultural history in order to illustrate how the tools and terms introduced in the PSI can be put to (good) use. Together, the Lecture Course: Introduction to Literary Studies and the PSI Introduction to Literary Studies form the Basic Module of the degree programmes at the English Department. While there will be no written exam at the end of the lecture course, its content will nevertheless be relevant for passing the written exams/term papers in your chosen PSI.
